About
Us

Families of Grace DBA Lift the FOG Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to serving our community. Since our establishment on 12/12/2018, we have been committed to making a positive impact. Our mission is to provide support and assistance to unsheltered individuals in our community. We believe in the power of compassion and education to help those struggling with substance use disorder and mental illness. Through our outreach programs, we distribute bags filled with essential items to those in need. Additionally, we provide education on Narcan sprays to prevent overdose and promote recovery. Join us in our mission to lift the fog of uncertainty and bring hope to those who need it the most.
